All Souls service: Sunday 3 November 2024

This Sunday we’re holding our annual All Souls service at St Paul’s. This is one of our most popular services. It has a special place in the hearts of many people in our community, as well as some people who have moved away from Bow, but who come back for it.

It’s a special service of remembrance, in which we remember loved ones who have passed away. There are readings and prayers, like in regular church services, but in this service, we also remember people by name. Every name that’s given to us in advance will be read out in the service, to help us remember people specifically. Everyone present will also be given candles to light in remembrance.
