Welcome to Rev. Dave

On Saturday 29^th June we celebrated as Rev. Dave Pilkington was ordained at St Paul’s Cathedral and joined St Paul Old Ford to serve his curacy.

Dave has been part of St Paul’s for the last three years during his ordination training and has been leading the new worshipping community of St Columba. This will continue for Dave during his curacy, as well as playing a full part in the life of St Paul Old Ford.

The Diocese of London ordained 49 people this year to serve as curates in the Diocese of London. The new worshipping community of St Columba is based on a barge on the Lea canal to reach the people in and around the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park.
