St Paul Old Ford annual parochial church meeting: 25 May 2025
The APCM and the AGM
Our annual parochial church meeting (APCM) and annual general meeting (AGM) is this coming Sunday, 25 May. As usual, it will be part of the service at 10:30am, so that everybody can attend and be part of it.
We hold our APCM around this time every year, like all Church of England churches do. At the meeting we will hear reports on last year’s church activities and finances, and we’ll elect new members to the parochial church council (PCC).
Each PCC member serves a 3 year term, and every year there are some people who have come to the end of their term. So, we may be filling some PCC places. If we receive nominations for new PCC members, we will be elect them at Sunday’s meeting.
Unlike the PCC members, the church wardens are not elected at the APCM. That’s why we have a separate AGM where we elect our church wardens for the next year. This will happen (very briefly!) at the start of the meeting, just before we begin the APCM.
The agenda for this year’s meeting is below.
The minutes of last year’s meeting are available below, as a downloadable pdf.

You can read our 2024 annual report on our website (link to come). There will also be some paper copies of the report available at the service on Sunday, and available in church afterwards for people who would like one.
